Other assessment options |
AV When to use AV? |

EU When to use EU? |
Exam irregularity – the student is suspected of cheating – See below |

Suspicion of exam irregularity |
How is suspicion of exam irregularity recorded? |
Write "EU" in DE for exam irregularity. The examiner/censor is responsible for reporting suspicion of exam irregularities to the study leader. Read more about this on SDUnet (Teaching – Exam - Exam cheating). |
Registration of result |
When are all results submitted? |
All students who are available for the exam in DE must have a result recorded. |
Student wishes to withdraw before the exam |
A student has notified that he/she will not take the exam, but the name is still in DE. Should it be deleted? |
No, "U" for absent is used. According to the study progress reform, students can no longer withdraw from exams, and they use an attempt by being absent. In DE, U can be submitted administratively. |
Illness |
A student registered for the exam in DE has notified before the exam that he/she is ill. What do I write in DE? |
Write "U" in DE for absent. When the student has sent a medical certificate to the Registry, they change "U" to "ill". |
A student shows up for the exam but cannot complete due to illness. What do I write in DE? |
Write "U" in DE for absent. When Registration receives a medical certificate from the student, they change "U" to "syg" (ill). It is important that the student does not submit anything! If a student submits a product, an assessment must be made, and the student cannot subsequently report illness. |
